The club

Moolakii Club Audio Interface, also known as Moolakii Club or MCAI, is a DIY label, radio, magazine and live events platform for peripheral underground experimental electronica. Based in Wirral, UK, it connects adventurous music with the people making it. The artists retain ownership of their work.

Explore electronic music releases, live recordings and compilations, or listen live to Moolakii Club Radio Feed, our independent experimental electronic radio station from the Wirral. Music purchases and label membership are handled through Bandcamp.

Electronic musicians create and perform scores alongside silent films. The series connects live cinema and experimental music at venues including Future Yard in Birkenhead and FACT in Liverpool. Find upcoming events and past nights or explore the video archive.

MCPM is the club’s independent print magazine, with artist interviews, music writing and accompanying compilations. Listening notes and further writing are published on Substack.
